What do you like best?
Drift is so easy to use! The setup process takes a few minutes and building your first playbook is a snap. (Honestly, you can have a basic chat/chatbot up and running on your website in 15-30 minutes max!

The playbooks themselves are a blast to create and I have to say a special shout out to the content that Drift produces as well. (I've learned a lot from Drift Insider and generally watch or listen to all the content posted there!

What do you dislike?
There isn't much I dislike--generally, I've been incredibly impressed with everything offered. If I had to choose something--I would say that the reporting is a bit clunky. (It isn't bad, but I feel like some of it could be smoothed out better!)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would 100% recommend Drift. If you are looking for a sales/marketing chat tool for your website. This is the solution for you. Seriously, just go to their website and test out their chat tool right there--you will fall in love with it and the possibilities it could offer your company!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The original reason we evaluated Drift was that we realized that we were missing out on conversations with customers and potential customers by not having a live chat option on our website. We tried Intercom for a month or so, then started reviewing Drift. After seeing the differences between the two platforms and talking to Drift, I would hooked. We switched over to Drift pretty much right away and haven't looked back yet. Drift's chat and chatbots consistently bring in leads for company and we have closed numerous of the Drift specific leads. (Basically, we in closes from leads that came in through Drift, we have already paid for our annual contract.)

Can't recommend Drift enough--in fact, I recommended them to a previous employer and they are implementing Drift soon!
